Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  • Contact Us
    To return your item, email sales@bornriskyapparel.com and notify us. We will then give you the address and details to return your item.
  • Returns

You have within 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Return & Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once orders are placed, they can't be cancelled. Refunds can't be rewarded until the item has been received by the customer and from here we can process  a return if the customer wishes to return the item. (this has to be completed within the return time specified)

SHIPPING


Shipping is processed within 1-3 days of recieving your order and confirmation will be emailed to you upon shipping the item.

OUT OF OFFICE / PRE-ORDER

In the event that our team is out of office or the items are bought on a pre-order basis, the items will be shipped by the date specified by the team. Once orders are placed that can't be refunded or cancelled until the order has been fulfilled.

 * In the event that your parcel hasn’t arrived within and expected time frame, we have to allow 30 days for the package to arrive before we will provide a replacement as this is Royal Mail Policy. Same applies for internationally, Europe & UK. 

SHIPPING TO U.S. & AUSTRALIA

Being based in the United Kingdom, orders to the states & Australia can take between 7-13 days to arrive. This is standard shipping times. If you wish for your order to arrive quickly you may select the express option at the checkout.

All packages to these destinations are tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number to follow it's progress on it's way to you.

 

UNCLAIMED PARCELS

In the event that you aren't at home for the delivery, you can use your tracking number to re-organise with the delivery company another date for it to be re-delivered to suit you. If unclaimed after a week the delivery service will return the parcel back to our offices. In the event of this happening, we will re-ship your item to you. If the item is unclaimed a second time, we will refund the money for your item and deduct money for the second shipping amount if it was left unclaimed by the customer. We will not re-imburse the amount for the original shipping for the item as it had been shipped. If the item is to be re-sent to you, you will be responsible for paying the shipping.

 Please Note: If the parcel is attempted to be delivered while no one is home,  it is the customers responsibility to re-organise delivery with the shipping courier to best suit your time frame. It’s super easy to organise either by phone or online using a tracking number, shipping couriers are happy to help with this as we all want you to receive your parcel! If unclaimed the package is returned to our base in the UK. 

EXPRESS: NEXT DAY DELIVERY

All orders before 3pm with selected Express Delivery will be posted and delivered the next day following shipping.  Any orders after 3pm will be posted the next morning to arrive the next day.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are a treat from us to you to show it appreciation of your support and so you can save extra pennies! If the site has a sale running, all discount codes are inactive until the site returns to its original pricing. 

 

REP / BLOGGER RETURNS

If you are one of our lovely reps are potentially interested in joining our team, we have to make it clear we don’t except returns if you have worn the items. Items can’t be bought for photography purposes and returned once used.
